college fee causes financial problem among student
as a university student, we have to faced many problem. One of the most common problem is difficulty in paying college fees. Some of the students did not get any loan or scholarship, so they have to depend on their they parents. For those who came from poor background they are forced to work to gain extra money to pay their fee. For students who are not able to balance between work and academic, this will definitely effect their studies. it will eventually cause their CGPA to drop and for more serious cases being expel from university. Due to the problem mentioned, it is a must for those students to find the solution to solve it since they still got 3 years or even 4 years of the study to go. For instance, they can get other bank loan from the bank if they cannot get loan from PTPTN. I felt that the students here are less approach to those information. Actually the bank loan is a good choice for those poor students. After they graduated from university, they will
ReplyDeleteautomatically can find a job with a good salary. By this,they will have the ability to pay back the bank loan that they borrowed from the bank. For their own future, this is worth rather than working outside and affect their study as a result being kicked out or failed and extend one more year. Consequently the money spent will be more if being extended.

Base on the problem, i think i agree. It can be a burden for student who comem from poor family. But i think anything problem have the solution. maybe they can postpone their study . With this way they can find a money first. After that they can continue the study after their money have enough. wafdi

ReplyDeleteLast month , I had settled my "hutang pelajar" at Jabatan Bendahari counter . Before that, I checked the smpweb to know the amount I had to pay . So, I brought the money but as I stand in front of the counter, the worker who collect the money tellS me another amount . I just confused because the amount was different from what I had checked . She explained to me that the charge of college had increased. Luckily , I brought extra money and not need to get more ringgits in ATM machine. I think if students can balancing between studies and work , it will be okay but if they cannot , they better postpone their studies as Wafdi said earlier.

ReplyDeletedue to the problem,i totally agree that college fee causes the financial problem among students.it be more burden to the students who staying in pendeta za'ba because the fee is more expensive then another college. this probably happen because it is combine between ukm and private company.so, profit be a main agenda. as the effect,the students should use half from their loan to sattle the fee.the balance may be unadequate. so some students will deserve to find work.it may a problem if they can't balance between work and academic
In my opinion, student who came from a poor background they have totally have no choice other than apply for the ptptn loan or else if they start working, definitely it will effects their study if they will not be able to balance their time.Ptptn has provided a loan for both Ipta and Ipts students.If they apply it the chances of getting the loans are higher especially for the poor student.So,ptptn loans will lighten their burden if they use it wisely.As for the college fees i think the Ukm college fees are not being standardize yet.Other colleges are more cheaper but not for Keris mas and Pendeza Zaaba residents.We have to pay for higher college fees and the accomodities are almost the same which is unfair to us and will add more burden to us.So,the college fees is also one of the reason for us to having a financial problem.

For your information, i stay at Kolej Keris Mas.Everyone knows that KKM is the one of the highest fees after the Za'aba College. I have to pay around RM921.50! It is almost RM1000!How expensive that amount.For those who comes from moderate or poor family, it may bring big problem for them to settle this amount.I know some of students doing their part-time job.But they have to arrange their time wisely.If they can did both of their responsibility well,they are are such a lucky person.
i agree the anne's point. many student, expecially pendeta zaba college student have financial problem. they must to pay more fees. compared with other colleges, fee in pendeta zaba college is high. beside that, they also must to pay other fees in the college. for examples is the room key fee, the room store fee. then, if student that want to transfer room, there must to pay fee highly. therefore, its can make a financial problem among UKM student.
